About the event

The Transition Passport has proved very popular with schools for over 15 years now. This is because it provides secondary schools with invaluable information about their pupils' reading histories - their likes and dislikes. It also gives an insight into the curriculum of your various primary feeder schools and encourages your teachers to build on what has gone before from a position of knowledge. It also gently encourages pupils to read over the summer vacation, thus helping to reduce any potential drop off in performance that we sometimes see at the start of Y7.
