You'll receive your own individual TIFF© profile (Temple Index of Functional Fluency), a unique snapshot of your behavioural tendencies, and participate in a 1:1 coaching feedback session resulting in a personal action plan.
In each group session we’ll use our unique Get on the Mat!© (GOTM©) approach which will enable us to discuss scenarios, explore the triggers that are draining your energy and address issues in your action plan, all in a safe, experiential space
